This is definitely a WTF moment. Apparently there is some movement on having a remake of the old Buffy the Vampire Slayer movie. This will have nothing to do with either the television series, or Joss Whedon. I'm still trying to get my head around a remake of a movie from my lifetime, much less one that spawned a television series with such a rabid following. The business sense of trying to make a Buffy movie in which Joss Whedon is not involved is also questionable, as his extremely devoted fans will likely be incensed at his exclusion.
